password protection .... again

Thanks to everyone for the ealier input on this subject.

i am trying to find out where i can either purchase, commision or  learn how
to make a security com add-in. to password protect my excel file that cant
be craked with a $40 piece of software

can any one point me in the right direction

The only real way is to encrypt it with a good length key using en
encryption program.  Any protection based only on a password can be
broken by bruit force.
