can any one give me the formula to work out what time it took to do X miles
at an average speed of Y?

Thanks

Jon

If the X miles is 100 and the average speed is 30 miles per hour, the time
is 100 / 30 = 3.3333 hours.
Therefore, the Excel formula is =100/30
