Convert and print as a PDF file will solve your issues.
1. In word 2007, click Office button > point to Save As > click on PDF
or XPS option.
2.In Publish as PDF or XPS dialog box, click Options.
3. In Options dialog box, remove tick in ISO 19005-1 compliant (PDF/A)
and leave a tick in Bitmap text when fonts may not be embedded. Click
OK. Click Publish.
Open the PDF file if it doesn't open, then print it out how you
normally do.
Please note: Some users may have to print as image in Adobe or
Unchecking Background print for other issues. Otherwise, the above
should work for most people.
