What's the difference between FIND() and SEARCH()?

They both appear to do exactly the same thing. Am I missing something here?

I think the main difference is Find is case-sensitive and Search isn't.

from Help:

You can also use SEARCH to find one text string within another, but unlike
SEARCH, FIND is case-sensitive and doesn't allow wildcard characters.
