I am downloading data into an Excel file using the Tezxt to column
feature. Some cells in the downlaoded tabble appear empty, but
actually have spaces in them, ranging from 3 to 15, depedning on the
width of the column in the original program. If I leavcew them in, the
data can be sorted using the A>Z or Z>A icon. but if I Find and Remove
all the spaces, then the header line is sorted witht eh data when i
use the A>Z icon. If I use the Data - Sort feature, Excel will not
recognize the header row after the spaces are removed, even though
there is an empty row right above the header row. How can I remove the
spaces, but still have Excel recognize the header row?
Thanks,

Siege

Hi Siege,

Format the header line differently, like Bold
