Displaying non-English characters

Hello

I have a .csv file whic have the following characters

N°UAI   N°SIRET          N°FINESS

but are being displayed like this

N°UAI  N°SIRET         N°FINESS

what changes do i need to carryout in the "Options" to display the
characters correctly

computer so that it can display the characters.
