Hello,
I have four work sheets that has data for the last four years.  (one
sheet for each year)  I made a new worksheet and want to create a Line Graph
that will graph the data from the oldest year to the current year.  Excel is
not letting me select multiple work sheets.  Can this be done?

Thanks
Matt

Not in one series. Either multiple series, OR reference ALL the data on
multiple sheets from a single sheet and use that sheet for your series.

In the Pivot Table Wizard, Step 1, choose "Multiple consolidation
ranges". Keep in mind the ranges have to have the same headers, and
have no blank rows/empty columns in the middle of the data.

Let us know if it works.

(ps- I tested with some dummy data and it worked)

JP
