Print preview problems

When I try to view my worksheet in Print Preview, it will not show the last
column.

I have tried resetting my print area as well as adjusting the margins and
page breaks and neither of those worked.

I tried recreating the work sheet from one I know works, and it did the same
thing.

There are no hidden columns in the work sheet.

Hi,

This sounds rather like you've used the 'Set Print Area' function to define a print area that excludes the last column. This is
especially so if the last column doesn't print.

Cheers

I reset the 'print area' to make sure the last column was included.

It has this problem in various other files, not just one.

Hi,

In that case, are you sure the 'missing' column isn't showing up on another page on its own? If it is, try reducing the margin size
and/or the print scaling.

Cheers

I have tried both of those already. I cannot reduce the margin size any more
than it is. If I adjust the scaling (fit to 1 page by 1 page), it will show
the whole thing in about 1/2 size.

If I try it on another computer, the spreadsheet shows up fine. It's just on
this one computer. I did not have this problem previously. It just started
happening recently (past couple of weeks).

Hi Kad,

The fact that the spreadsheet shows up fine on another computer indicates that the print driver you're using (eg because you're
using a different printer) can't fit everything within the margins.

If your print output is configured for scaling at 100%, for example, try reducing it in 1% decrements until the last column fits.

Cheers
