I have a worksheet that looks similar to this

Company Name     Data
Company1             1
Company1             5
Company1            10
Company2             2
Company2             8
Company3             1
Company3             10
Company3             11
Company3             12

1-4 = Excellent
5-9 = Fair
+10 = Poor

I would like collect the data so that it can be used in a chart.

The end result would be this

Company Name    Excellent   Fair    Poor
Company1            1              1        1
Company2            1              1        0
Company3            1              0        3

Which I can convert into a pie chart.

I believed that a Pivot table would be easier but I did not find a way
to filter out the data by range

Any help in where to start would be great!
