I am not aware of any geographic listing of Excel consultants.
Most of the "experts" who post in these newsgroups and who do
consulting do not post their location.
I assume most feel that it is not germane as most Excel consulting
work is done via the Internet and by phone.
Even the Microsoft list of Excel MVP's skimps on the location aspect...

A newsgroup post with your particular needs/general location would
probably bring responses from consultants in your area.
Also, a posting to craigslist in your area could do the trick.

You may want to consider dropping your requirement that a consultant be in your area, unless
you need on-site work.  I have clients all over the country, and we use the phone and email,
and send the files via email attachments.  In fact, these days I have only one active one
that is local for me.
