While entering the membership information in my excel page, I entered the
person's e-mail address, sometimes it goes in the same color as the rest of
the document and other times it goes in BLUE. I would just like it to be all
the same color and not in blue. What can I do to change this from occurring?

Many thanks

Excel is automatically making it a hyperlink. Clicking it will
open your email app pre-addressed to this person.

You can simply right-click it and select "Remove Hyperlink"

To remove multiple hyperlinks (note - just because you may
manually format it so it doesn't look like there is a hyperlink,
it may still be there), do the following;

Type a "1" in any cell (as long as it isn't formatted as text)
Copy
Select the hyperlink cells
Paste|Special|Multiply.

In addition, you can turn off the automatic hyperlinking:

In Excel 2002:

Tools>AutoCorrect Options>AutoFormat As You Type tab

Uncheck: Internet and network paths with hyperlinks

OK

Thanks. In 2007, that is Office Button, Excel Options, Proofing,
Auto-correct options, Autoformat as you type, then uncheck
"internet and network paths as hyperlinks.
