I dont know if I bumped a key or what but now when I try to move the cursor
from one cell to the other the whole page moves instead of the cursor, how
do I fix this

Did you put scroll lock on? If so, take it off

I've hit the scroll lock over and over and it still is locked

Sounds like you have a keyboard issue. I know of no way to disable the
scroll lock key via the keyboard.
Did you happen to spill something on your keyboard?
