Did you use this method:
type 0.01 in an otherwise blank cell
copy that cell
select the range to be fixed
use Edit | Paste Special and specify multiply
That's the only way I can think of without using another column with formula
=A1/100

I did use multiple columns. Thanks for the tip with the Paste Special.
