exclude headings from sort

Hi all

how can I set my column headings (cells in row 1) so that they stay on
top when I do sorting?

Don't let Excel decide the data to sort - excluding the headers highlight it
firts then sort using Data > Sort and make sure My list has Header Row is
selected
