Converting Excel to Word

Hi,
I have an Excel file and i want to convert it so that i can work with it in
Word - how can I do that?

Open your spreadsheet and also open a blank Word document.  In Excel, copy
the areas of interest; then go to Word and paste.

Save the workbook as a *.txt file which can be opened in Word.
