If you have MS MapPoint application installed you can integrate Excel with
Mapoint USA or MapPoint Europe depending upon which version is installed.
Otherwise...................I have no suggestions.

And if you don't have MapPoint, you could download MapCharts from here
http://www.edferrero.com/ExcelCharts/tabid/102/Default.aspx
Download either 'Map Chart Europe' or 'Map Chart USA' , then follow the
directions to load your own map of the World.

Download either 'Map Chart Europe' or 'Map Chart USA' , then follow the
directions to load your own map of the World.
Basically, all these samples do is use a map graphic as the chart background
and let you use a scatter chart to plot points.
The samples also have some VBA code to replace scatter chart points with
small charts of your own.
