how is your data setup now?
what version of excel are you using?

if its all in 1 column in excel 2003 or earlier

- highlight your data
- click data
- click filter
- click advanced filter
- click unique records only checkbox and ok
- this will filter all your duplicates
- you can copy&paste it without the duplicates
