Compressing sparse data

I have a bunch of rows that yield results in the last column that in
many cases are blank or zero. I would like to be able to view the
results of only those cells that are non-blank, and show them on
another worksheet page. Copying the whole column would of course keep
the data spread out over lots of rown. Is there a way to somehow
remove the blanks? I've tried thinking about a VLOOKUP for non-blank
data, but that still is row by row.

Thanks for any help.

Thanks. The problems with AutoFilter is it ends up sorting the whole
page. I would like to be able to group the results in a single column
on any page, without it affecting the other columns of that page. I'm
thinking that I may need to operate on this as an array somehow, does
that make sense?

You did say copy to another. Just copy the visible cells.

and show them on

Have you looked at "Lists" I have just read that and it may do what you want. I
have not used the feature yet

There are 10 type of people, those that understand binary and those that don't.
