If you get an answer to this, please send it to me. I can get the mail merge to make labels for about 28 names (1 page of the labels), but not for the entire database in the excel spreadsheet.

And what happens at 28 names, the most common mistake is
not having your "database" as the first worksheet (leftmost tab).
Of course the most common failure is probably just trying to
print directly from a spreadsheet to the printer.
