Isn't there some simpler solution...

Hi Deepak!

It doesn't get much simpler once you have downloaded and installed
Ron's SendMail Addin.

It puts a SendMail Entry on your Tools menu

Select the sheet you want to send
Tools > SendMail
Select "Send Active Sheet
Go

Thereafter it's straightforward filling in of details of addressee.

You can also download a User Guide should you need help installing an
addin or with finer points on all of the options available.

Remember also that a worksheet isn't a physical unit, all sheets goes into a
single Excel xls file. You can't email a fifth of that binary data and
expect it to behave when it arrives.

Best wishes Harald

Ron's solution once installed will give you such a simple method of transferring
data you won't know how you did without it.  It is honestly well worth taking a
few minutes to get it on - and by all means post back for help if there is
anything about how to do that that you are unsure of, and we'll happily walk you
through step by step.

Hi

Here is an easy way

Sub SendOneSheet()
Sheets(2).Copy
Application.Dialogs(xlDialogSendMail).Show

End Sub

Manually, you could right click on that worksheet tab, select move or copy.

Move or copy it to a new workbook (If you move it, remember to close the
original file without saving!).

And then send that new workbook.

If you have formulas that refer to other worksheets, you may want to convert the
formulas to values before sending.
