I want to replace the zeros in a column. However I only want the zer
replaced if it is a stand alone zero ie, "0". If it is "40" I want i
left alone. How do you do this with the Replace dialogue under Edi
Replace? I get the impression that there must be a whole set of synta
that one can use with replace to put conditions on it. Does anyon
know where i can find this?
thank

In Excel 2003, there are OPTIONS under find/replace where you can specify
that you are looking only for cells where the entire content is 0.
I don't know what ver you have, even then, if previous versions had this
option.

If you put a tick in the box "Find entire cells only" It should work.
