Cell A1: Mr. abc
Cell A2: Mr. XYZ
Cell A3: Blank Cell
Cell A4: Blank Cell
Cell A5: Ms. Lee
Cell A6: Mr. PQR

The data in these cells is coming from another sheet. Now i Actuall
want to delete the blank cells in between this data i.e A3 & A4, an
get the outcome in another sheet. Can you pls help on this.

Praise,

As you have described the data, if we were to sort on column A, the
the prefix of Mr, Ms, etc will take precedence.

Ie your data will be :

Mr. abc
Mr. PQR
Mr. XYZ
Ms. Lee

Is this the order that you intended? If not, it will first be nesessar
to separate the name components.  Are they currently stored separately?

How is the data sourced from 'another sheet', has it been copied an
pated or is it a formula lookup?

Please let me know
