If you're new to macros, you may want to read David McRitchie's intro at:
http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/getstarted.htm

But once your back in excel, you can hit tools|macro|macros...

Select the one you want and click Run.

(I usually save the workbook after I've pasted code, but before I run it.  If it
doesn't do what I want, I can always close without saving, reopen it, modify the
code, save, and rerun it.)
