Sorry - to simple - I've got dynamic data so it's
constantly refreshing. This means I'd have to choose the
ones I want to show everytime it refreshes. I need it to
just show the Top n(%) like in a query.

In the Pivot Table, double-click on the Client field button
Click the Advanced button
For 'Top 10 AutoShow', select On
For 'Show', select Top or Bottom, then set the number of items
Click OK, click OK
