Automating Hyperlink

I have a column where I enter the ID number of web page, and then select
Hyperlink and enter that information for the cell.

The Hyperlink is in this format: http://www.someplace.com/detail.asp?id=1234

The ID number (ex. 1234) is the only thing that changes for all of the cells in
this column. Is there some way I can enter just the ID number and have the
Hyperlink added automatically?
