Hello,

One of our user of MS Infopath form, which I have published to the
sharepoint site, is not able to open the form if I provide him with the link
to the template of the form. He always get the error message: "Insufficient
Security Privilege. This form cannot be opened because it requests domain
security level and is only allowed restricted security level. Contact the
form author to resolve the issue." However, if I point him to the form
library, where the form is published, he is able to open it. The rest of our
users don't have this kind of issue.

Any suggestions where the problem lies?

I feel helpless as I don't know how can I help him.
