I have a form template that I'd like to edit, but some of the controls have a
little lock on the icon. I cant seem to find a way to unlcok them.

Thanks IT PHYTOSAN

Sorry, but you cannot change those locks. This allows users anywhere to
create forms based on those samples and pass them around. If you really,
really want to they can be hand-edited, but I'm betting you'd rather not do
that.

Thanks I'll stay clear. Could you explain how different users can work with
these forms? is this through the merge command? Aslo is there an easy way to
pull up user data from the active directory of my SBS2003 based on let's say
an e-mail address or a name?

Thanks IT

Different users can each fill out new copies of the forms, and send them
around easily. This is because the forms are registered on the local
machine, so no shared location is needed. Nothing to do with merge, as I was
referring to individual forms.

I don't know much of anything about SBS. If it exposes web services you'll
be able to connect and query using rules. Then you can query the server
based on a typed in value, and fill in other fields from that secondary data
source. I'd ask a separate question so others who might know more can
answer.
