I think it's bs that microsoft hide this download behind MSDN
subscription.  Even when I search in my MSDN subscription it's
impossible to find the toolkit.  I can find an old one for .NET and a
newer one for Infopath 2007 but nothing for InfoPath 2003 Toolkit for
Visual Studio 2005.

Why is it hidden?

Hi,

The toolkit for VS2005 is only available as part of VSTO, if you have the
disc for VSTO available you should be able to get it from there. If not you
will may need to renew your subscription

I hope this will help for you.
