Hi,
Go to start menu->All programs->Microsoft office->select infopath.
You can see the "Fill Out a Form" Wizard.
In that you can see " recently used form"(It will show by default). It will
display recently used templates.
From that delete the templates.
I hope this will help for you.

I'm having a similar problem. I don't want to delete a form, I want to reset
my Recently Used Forms list so that is is cleared out and has nothing in it,
but can't seem to find any way to do that.
Can anyone tell me how to do this? The InfoPath help menu mentions nothing.
It shows you how to remove the recently used list from the File Menu but not
from the "Fill Out a Form" wizard.
Seems odd that there isn't a clear recently used form list button.

Hello
Go to Tools-> Options--> General tab
Now uncheck the Check box against Recently used File List.
This will clear the recently used list from the file menu.
Hope this will help You.
