InfoPath Error Message:  Some Rules Were Not Applied

I've been developing a form and testing it.  When I click the submit
button I get the following message:

"InfoPath cannot submit the form.
An error occurred while the form was being submitted.
A value in the form may be used to specify the file name. If you know
the value in the form that specifies the file name, revise it and try
again. Otherwise, contact the author of the form template."

I've checked all of my rules and data connections and all looks well.
The form gets posted to my SharePoint site successfully.

I'm looking for any suggestions since I'm stuck on this one issue.

Thanks for your time,

Matthew

Hello

You say that theform gets posted successfully to sharepoint. With what name
it is saved on the Sharepoint? Also Check with what name you are saving the
form and from which field in the form you get this name.

There might not be any value in the field which is used to save your form.

Thanks for your reply Kalyan.  After double checking I realized that I
forgot to set some conditions... oh well.  So my form is now working!

Hi Matt,
I'm having the same problem you described.  Can you elaborate on how
you set the conditions that you refer to above?
Thanks,
Robby
