Hi all,

i'm fairly new at Infopath, so bear with my newbee questions...

I'm developing a form with a lot of controls, 6 columns with 50 controls each.
Now i want to change the properties of all of them. When i select them all
and i choose properties, i only get a subset of the properties.
What i want to do for example is set them all to the same datatype and
datatype settings.

The one thing i tried is copy-paste a 'good' control, but it gave me binding
to the same data, so now i have 300 controls displaying the same data :-)

Is there another way to do this, except clicking them one by one and edit
the properties one by one?

I am not sure if this applies to infopath too, but in for example my visual
studio designer there is always the text-repesentation of the design, so i
can edit the lay-out with some copy-paste actions....

Thanks,

Michel

Hi,

There is no way to change the properties of a columns or fields at time in a
form.
You need to do only clicking on them one by one and edit the properties.
