Selecting item from List

I would like to create form that has a component that looks like an IE
toolbar customization.

One list on the left listing each option (would be looked up from a
sharepoint list)
The middle would have an "Add" and "Remove" button
The list on the right would have the selected options

I would love to know what that component is called and then if it is
possible in Infopath 2003 or 2007.  Thank you in advance for your assistance
