Dear All

I work in a college which uses SharePoint V3.0 as an extranet for students.
Each student has a Document Area within sharepoint where they can open save
amend and delete anything.

We are going to be publishing internal exams on the site and therefore do
not wish the students to be amending the questions etc. Only leaving the
answer fields availaible.

The soloution has to be accesable Via a WEB browser and the student needs to
be be able to save the information back to their Document area with the
ability to re open it and continue working on it at a later date.

Can i do this with InfoPath Forms Server ..>??

Hello PK,

You can use Infopath forms Service and Infopath 2007. design a Browser
enabled form and Publish to the Forms service. But remember browser enabled
forms have some limitations. You can design the form in such way that the
questions section can be readonly and only Answer section is editable.

Hello

You need not Publish the Form 1000 times. All the students can access the
Exams site from one common location and Open the form and save it back to
their Document area. They can open it from the Document area and edit at a
later date. Publishing in 1000 Document area's will be painful

back to a different location...!!!!!! (we must be the only people arnt
sharing from sharepoint..!)
