I'm using SQL 2005 and infopath 2003

My task is to create a team registration form using infopath.
so the form would have fields like: team name, date ...and of most
importantly, each team must have members.

in short, when register for a team, user should be able to add members
for their team.
is it possible to do that using infopath?

i was able to create a simple form that submit the data sql database

thanks.
