It seems like you have to have InfoPath 2003 installed first, then the
InfoPath 2003 Toolkit for Visual Studio 2005.
What do you do if you only have InfoPath 2007 and not 2003? While there is
a toolkit for InfoPath 2007 beta, it requires that you have the 2003 toolkit
installed first, which requires InfoPath 2003?

Thanks for the info. I found that in my MSDN and ran it, but the
install now gives the following error:
----------------------------------------
A Microsoft Office InfoPath project for Visual Studio .NET 2003
requires an edition of Visual Studio that includes Visual Basic .NET
or C#. It also requires Microsoft Office 2003 InfoPath SP1.
----------------------------------------
I am totally at a loss at this point, I may have to bite the bullet
and open a support ticket with MS.

I would be interested in seeing what you find out; I won't have my MSDN
subscription for another two weeks :(
