Try  using Conditional Formatting on the section and set a rule that Hides
the Section if the Check Box is "True"

Hi,

You can hide/show the section based on conditional formatting using check box.

Follow below steps:
Follow the below steps:
1. Right click on the section and select "section properties".
2. Click on the "Display" tab in the section properties.
3. Click on conditional formatting.
4. Click on "Add" button.
5. Select the check box field in first drop down and In third drop down,
select
True     or false  based on value you set for check box(value when
cleared--false
and value when checked--true on check box properties))
6. select the "Hide this Control" and click on "Ok" button.
