I'm trying to create a button that will send a user to a more detailed view
of their problem they are inputting. The problem is when I right click on the
Button properties my only options are SUBMIT, REFRESH, and SCRIPT. Most of
the Help Files and posting I've been reading say that the button should have
an action to let you switch views. Help I don't know if I'm looking in the
wrong place or this is an extra option I need to install.

Are you using SP1?
If so,
Open the Button properties and select Rules.
[Add]
[Add Action]
Select Switch Views as your action

If you are running version 1.0, you will need to write the code to switch
(or get SP1! ).
