Field size limit

Infopath 2003
I am just learning this but I seem to be having a problem with memo fields.
Is there a limitation on field size?
Any help here will be appreciated.

Hi,
Number of characters in a Memo field: "65,535 when entering data through the
user interface; 1 gigabyte when entering data programmatically

Hello Dave

This is unfortunate with Infopath. Infopath does not support Memo Type
