Periodically, labels for various option, button definitions,etc. remain
"glued" to thewhichever window screen is on top, and won't disappear unless I
go off-line and re-connect to the Internet.  Needless to say this can be very
disruptive, and  I'd like to know if there's another way to to make the tag
go away without disconnecting , or a way of correcting this problem.

It seems to be a system problem rather than a Infopath Problem.
