hey all,
is there a way in 2007 to build a form for users to fill in that don't have
infopath?

I believe you do need it installed.  From my experience it (the form)
requirers for infopath.

I could be wrong.

SharePoint 2007 (Form Server or Enterprise edition) provides Forms Services,
which allows you to publish InfoPath 2007 form templates as "browser-enabled"
so that users can fill out the forms without requiring the InfoPath client
program. You can go to http://office.microsoft.com for more details.

Hello

Remember that the Browser enabled forms built in Infopath 2007 does not have
all the features enabled. There are some limitations on the features
