Hi,
I recently got a copy of VS2005 and want to be able to write managed
code with Infopath 2003.  I only have Infopath 2003 installed on my
computer.  How in the world do I accomplish this?  I installed VSTO SE
on my computer and it doesnt work because I dont have Offfice 2007 and
it doesnt seem like its possible to find a copy of the Infopath 2003
toolkit for .NET 2005 anymore.  From what I gathered, Microsoft rolled
up the InfoPath 2003 toolkit into VSTO SE.  Is that right?  So how
does someone without Infopath 2007 write managed code for Infopath
2003?  Thanks for the help.

Hey Kalyan,
Thanks for responding to my post but I can't seem to find anything
regarding the toolkit from the link you sent me.  Would you know of
any other ways to get it?

Hi,

The toolkit for VS2005 is only available as part of VSTO, if you have the
disc for VSTO available you should be able to get it from there. If not you
will may need to renew your subscription

What sense does that make?  If you have the older VS .NET 2003 you can
download the infopath toolkit for free.  If you have the newer Office
2007 you can build infopath add ins for free. But if you have the
newer VS 2005 and the older office 2003 its gonna cost you some
serious money to write managed code for infopath.  How aggravating is
that?
