I have created an InfoPath form set to submit to a SharePoint forms
library.  Although I and one other user can successfully submit and
post to SharePoint, all other users are receiving the following error:

The form cannot be submitted to the following location:
https://oneviewteams.am.joneslanglasalle.com/Clients/BofA/SCM/SCM
Project Rollouts/0000test.xml
The site may be offline, read-only, or otherwise unavailable.

I've confirmed the issue is not with their SharePoint permissions as I
am able to login as all users and successfully submit documents from
my machine.

Any thoughts?
