Hi,

I am using infopath to capture recruitment infromation. The recruitment
form has country, locations, agents and designation sections. They are all in
repeating section. Location is in country's repeating section, agents is in
location's repeating section and designation is in agent's repeating section.

For example, i selected India as the country, Chennai as the location,
Electrunk as the agent, under Electrunk, i recruited designation pipe fitter
for 20 persons, general worker for 10 persons. Under another agent GlobalOne
i recruited pipe fitter 3 persons, general worker 15 persons for example.

My problem is, how do i sum up the numbers of pipe fitter i have
recruited and numbers of general workers i have recruited in total regardless
of agents?

Use should be able to use the sum function in your total field. You probably
will need to add the sums of each repeating section together for a grand
total.

Are you compiling this data to a central database? If you would like a way
to have reporting check out the Database Accelerator at http://www.qdabra.com
