Many Paged Info Page Document?

Hi, is there an option for breaking the infopath document into sections? for
example if there is an application which has a hundred or more questions, it
might be nice to break those into pages....

Check out Views.

This allows you multiple views of the same data in Infopath.

In your case put 25 questions in each view or what ever.  Then you can add a
button which they can "Next" to the next set of questions(view2,etc).

Hello

You can use Sections and divide the questions to sections appropriately and
collapse/expand based on your need
