I have a form with decimal fields (Total) formatted as currency which
gets submitted to a Form Library in SharePoint. When I promote the Total
field in the form, the column in the content type is created as a number
type (rather than currency). When I configure a View on the Forms
Library to show totals, I just get numbers. Any ideas how I can get
SharePoint to recognize the currency formatted field in InfoPath correctly?

Thanks,
Bob Silva

Hi Bob,

You should be able to find that InfoPath column under Site Columns and
change the type to currency from there.  Let me know if you have any further
questions.
