For those of you who have GroupWise and want to send email out from InfoPath,
there is a solution here:

Can you provide a bit more info on where to create the [HKCU]....(etc) as I
am not sufficiently knowledgable regarding such matters. I copied and pasted
the entry into the GWAPPINT.INF , but it still doesn't enable send via
Groupwise, and I feel the problem lies with the first instruction (Registry
Key)

thanks for any advice you might be able to provide.

Chris, here is more detail, I hope this is what you are looking for ...
Backup your registry
start->run->regedit
Right-click on "my computer", choose export , and save to a file

HKCU indicates this item will be added under HKEY_CURRENT_USER
Follow the tree structure below HKEY_CURRENT_USER
software
microsoft
11.0
infopath

Right-click in the pane on the right, and choose new->DWORD
Change the name to: AllowSMAPISend
Right click on it, choose Modify, and change the value to "1"
