Hi
I am choosing a date on my form and then query it against the db.
Unless my date is 12/15/2007 12:00:01AM it wont return the value.  The
default (as anyone would expect it to be) 12/15/2007 12:00:00AM.

I have set the query to be greater than or equal to the date picked.
It seems that either access is setting the time to 12:00:01 as the
start of the day or InfoPath can't distinguish between the end of the
day and the beginning of the next day

It's best to check in the Access database to see what is being saved. Also
check the data type of the date picker, that is, make sure you're using Date
(date) instead of Date and Time (dateTime). I did something similar with date
comparison in Access/InfoPath in the following article. Check it out; it
might give you ideas.
