I have designed some forms in Infopath and have users at another location
that do not have Infopath.  When they open the file they receive the error
message, Windows cannot open this file...How can these users complete the
form without having Infopath installed?

If you want the users to fill out the infopath form without the Infopath
software installed, you need to go for Browser Enabled Infopath form. You
need a sharepoint server to host these forms as Browser Enabled. This would
work for you

Hi,

This feature is available only in infopath 2007, not in infopath 2003.
