sending a form, and by action "send" the form has to switch from functionallity

Hi I don't know how to describe exactly but I'll try.
There is one form, which someone has to fill out for a request for a
nw. network account. The manager has to receive this form., but at the
moment the request is sent to the manager, the form has to change into
a new layout for the manager with an "approved" button on it. (Like
document flow) he will send the form to the back offices that have to
manage the request.
So I think there are 3 documents,
1 with "send" button
1 with "approved"
1 with "done"
But can anyone tell me the command and/or rules between action 1 and
2? (sending and recieving)

If you would like a demo of an InfoPath template that already has approvals
and workflow let me know.

What you need to look at are views. An Infopath from can have multiple
views, the same data but multiple ways to display and interact with it.

So I would recommend you have a form with three views; apply, approve, receipt
For each of these you would set the controls as appropriate. Then have a
field which contains the form stage and then you can switch to whatever view
equals the form stage on open.

Hello.,
First I want to thank you for your fast replay., if you have a link or
a url for the demo, I would appriciate that.
I understand that my way of looking , or thinking is wrong and that
the right way is views. Perhaps its time for me to bey a good book
about Infopath, there's gonna be a lot more to find out about.
