Section approvals

Is it possilbe to setup a form so that each section of the form (e.g.
comments / accomplishments / objectives) needs approval from a manager or
superior?

This would be in a cascading table of some sorts.

Please advise..

yes approvals and routing can be done a variety of ways.

Typically you will need a way of identifying the form user and if they are a
manager.

Then you track the state of the form and change views or disable controls as
needed to support your desired process.

For components and samples I would look at the Database Accelerator download
from http://www.qdabra.com .
